Dryden Equity acquires multifamily and commercial properties throughout the United States. Our team seeks to acquire low and sell high in the real estate cycle - generating results in the form of strong risk-adjusted returns. We create economies of scale by concentrating our efforts in our core markets.

We invest in a variety of asset classes including multifamily, industrial, retail, and office. The properties we seek include value-add opportunities as well as undervalued deals or opportunistic investments.

We target assets across multiple markets and classes. Our investment strategy focuses on finding unique acquisition opportunities, primarily in the five asset classes listed below.

Multifamily Assets (Class A-C)

Built: 1980's+ with strong preferences for 2000's+

Focus: Solid demographic are submarket metrics

Size: 2-300+ units

Built: 1970's+

Layouts: Multi-tenant or single anchor tenant

Office & Retail

Built: 1980's+

Seeking: Opportunistic with higher IRR target (20%+)

Our deep knowledge and expertise in the mortgage banking sector provides reliable debt and equity solutions for commercial and residential real estate encompassing all sizes and geographies. We have longstanding relationships with a broad range of lenders, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, life insurance companies, banks, REITS, CMBS/conduits, and debt funds.
